Lovely pots! I was expecting to see the pieces slip cast (molded from a pourable clay slurry), but instead they formed them in a spinning machine, much like hand-throw clay on a pottery wheel. This process results in a much stronger finished product. 🙂

That looks so back breaking. I use to build tooling for the automotive industry. Then think about the person who would stand in front of the machine for several thousand hours doing the same monotonous back aching job. But they were getting paid much more than I did to do that mind numbing job , that s why vehicles in the USA cost more than a lake side home does now!!! I doubt these fine people are making what a US automotive worker does.
