Why depressed?! Life isn t about the ups and the downs. It s about living each and every day as an adventure to go on, to be on, and of course, to experience. But, don t get me wrong. I totally understand your plight. I ve been there...once. Not being able to find a way out...a release, a break, peace and tranquility, not even, being able to breathe. At most, you re feeling as if life is smuggling you; not being favorable, not being fair, and etc. Forgive me if I exaggerate a bit but, I can t help to say it like that. Well...I m a person who s willing to help those that are much like us. It s fair to say that I m a broken healer. And here s a way that you can try out if you wish. First, stop whatever you are doing, close your eyes and take slow, deep breaths. Breathing this way can take away some of the build up frustration and stress. Second, get you a journal or a book with lined paper and write out things that comes to mind. This releases a whole lot more frustration and stress but, it also may make you cry. If it does then, let it pour out like water. Mental breakdowns are all about emotions. If we hold such raw emotions in, it will and can, shut down the brain so, go there if you need to. Don t be afraid! But, you are doing another amazing alternative: listening to music can soothe the inner beast. And that s good! Keep it up! And lastly, find a person within your inner circle who you can trust and talk to them. Sometimes, finding people who we can trust and talk to puts us at an incredible ease. It gives us another way to express what we re experiencing and at the same time, helps us to find the answers. And if you don t find anyone, I m available. Just respond back to this and I ll send you my email and we ll chat then. Be encouraged for better days are ahead.

This might be the most impactful piece of art I’ve come across in my life, and I’m definitely coming back to it in the near future to study it more deeply. this is an absolute masterpiece , I was brought to tears listening to this and seeing the bacon go whirly swirly in a circle countless times. it absolutely moved my soul , and I don t think I can ever be the same. this bacon has changed my entire mental state , I am now at peace with who I am and what I will be doing later in my life. i have forgiven all my enemies and now I am a man of a pacifist life. I will move on , gotta move on , as the song says. the bacon is so inspirational , it shares it vast wisdom with all of us , and we are all so lucky that it would bestow it s great words with us. we are all children on bacon. hail bacon. hail bacon. The spinning bacon, rotating in one direction with this music... This made me tear up. How could such a bacon do such a thing? I m struck by awe by this masterpiece. Especially when the bacon spins, showing its lightly salt covered tan skin. I can hear the crunch just from here, and so as the beautiful sound of the bacon scraping the dark, smooth velvet floor. The flavor, music and everything can be heard, tasted, seen and felt from a screen. You can really hear the breaths between the music artist, empathizing her love for this rotating bacon. Truly what I call modern art. This was the most legendary performance by any piece of bacon I have ever watched. The acting was top tier and very life changing. This is one of the greatest work from a piece of bacon I have ever seen especially on 57:42.I am currently crying so hard right now. TW: Disturbing nightmares Lately I ve been having a lot of nightmares, mostly consisting of murder, as if I m in a horror movie. Very vivid and oftentimes gruesome. This music helps me relax and fall asleep, but I still manage to have these nightmares, even though it plays all night long. I don t know why I m having them. Has anyone else experienced this or know why this could be happening? I was really hoping this kind of music would help me have more peaceful sleep. I still continue to sleep with it, as it still relaxes me while I m trying to sleep. I just don t understand how my brain can still give me these nightmares with this music playing every night. 😥
